27-30 JULY 2017. ZestiFAL in Falmouth is back with another fantastic line-up of free active sessions!
ZestiFAL will showcase a whole range of different activities inviting the public to have a go.
The town will be transformed with loads of activities, sports and initiatives all inviting people of all ages and abilities to take part. This is an opportunity to try something new – Zumba, tennis, climbing, hockey, circus skills, dance or paddleboarding.
THURSDAY 27TH JULY
Venue: Kimberley Park
Kimberley Park Active Family Day 11am-4pm
Loads of fantastic free activities, from Zumba and dance, to mountain biking and hockey.
FRIDAY 28-SUNDAY 30 JULY
Venue: The Moor 11am-4pm
Lovely have-a-go sessions including a skateboarding ramp, climbing wall, children’s games and circus skills
Venue: Events Square 11am-4pm
Sample inflatable obstacles and challenges, rugbytots and martial arts. On Sunday 30th July there is a tennis tournament (running 10am-6pm) open to children and adults alike. To enter or for more info do email firstname.lastname@example.org

Roller Derby – from midday onwards on Saturday 28th July at Gyllyngvase Beach tennis courts, come and experience the world’s most exciting women’s sport on 8 wheels as Cornwall Roller Derby lay on a summer slam tournament for you! Free to watch, just come along!
Paddleboarding – Falmouth’s brilliant WESUP centre, located right on Gyllyngvase Beach will be laying on a variety of superb free and discounted taster sessions.
