If your interests include walking, cycling, gardens, sailing, beaches or the Arts, then you will be close to all of these. There is so much to do without travelling very far. Or just relax, admire the glorious views and lean over the gate and watch the cows happily grazing. Combine this with the best fresh food available locally, whether served in the many eating establishments locally or purchased locally and cooked back at the cottage, then your stay will be memorable.
Pascoe’s Cottage sleeps 4 plus cot – has been lovingly restored having not been inhabited in living memory. This cottage consists of a lounge and a kitchen downstairs and one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunkbeds, making this ideal accommodation for a family of 4.
Foxglove cottage sleeps 4 – 5 plus cot – single storey cottage, converted from the cowshed. This is larger than Pascoe’s, with double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a large open plan kitchen/dinner/lounge.
Each cottage has a patio with furniture and a BBQ.
Electricity and Gas is inclusive. Both cottages have full central heating, Pascoe’s also has a wood burning stove.
Each kitchen boasts a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Each lounge has a TV and DVD. All bed linen is provided as are towels, we only request that you bring beach towels. You will find a welcome box awaiting your arrival, just to get you started. The cottages are set within a large enclosed garden, with private parking. We have ample space so should you wish to bring your boat to Cornwall, you can park it here, and leave the trailer here while on the water. We can also assist launching it at Mylor harbour, just 4 miles away.
Storage is also available for your bikes or surf boards should you wish to bring them with you. We are situated just 7 miles from Truro, 5 miles from Falmouth and the south coast, just 12 miles from the north coast. There is so much to do without travelling very far, or just stay and enjoy the peace, quite and rural environment.
