In the opinion of the inspector this cottage deserves a three star rating except for the fact that the double bed is not accessible from both sides.
With the bedrooms being upstairs and the facilities downstairs this property may not suit people with mobility problems as there are no adaptations for access to the upstairs rooms.
Pampaluna Vean: the accommodation of this newly converted four star rated barn with extension for two persons comprises of a ground floor bedroom with superking or twin beds, bathoom with large shower and separate toilet. Our cottages are set in two acres of green land which over the years we are developing into a wildlife area having planted over 250 trees many of which have been grown from seed. There is also a wildlife pond, which attracts a large variety of birds and creatures. We are happy for all our visitors to use this area for ball games, kite-flying, wild life watching or just relaxation.
The geographical location of our cottages makes them ideal for not only easy access to some fine beaches but also historical sites such as Pendennis Castle, Land’s End and tin mines. We also have in close proximity some famous gardens such as Eden, Heligan, Trebah and several National Trust properties.
There are many other attractions to suit all ages with plenty of activities for the children and more adventurous including sailing and other water sports, walking, horse riding, bird watching and cycle trails
