The Study is their brand-new co-working space in the centre of Falmouth. Desks are available to be booked on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis – read on for more info.

The Study:

Dedicated work space with 8 desks, named after some favourite writers, available to rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

The space is curated to be light, airy, and the perfect place to find focus.

Available to be booked Mon – Sat 9.30am – 5pm.

The Snug:

This is a comfy multi-use space.  Available to co-work users to rent on an ad-hoc hour-long basis, the perfect spot if you need somewhere for a private meeting.  When not hired out for these private moments the space is a brilliant addition for all co-workers to respectfully share the comfy seats and chilled vibes.

The Snug will always be vacant 12-1 for lunchtimes.

NB. There is a long standing room hire on Tuesday afternoons, Wednesdays and Thursdays so it can only be guaranteed that the space can be used during the lunch hour on these days. However there will sometimes be slots available on these days too, so please look for the sign.

Booking & Pricing

Bookings will be managed via a Pembee booking page where you can find details of prices and availability of each desk.  If you’d like to rent a desk on a monthly basis please contact Falmouth Bookseller directly as this will be arranged separately.

Daily – £12
Weekly – £55 – To be booked all at the same time, the website will then automatically apply a discount
Monthly – £200 – Please contact Falmouth Bookseller directly about a monthly booking

The Snug – £4 per hour. Currently only available for those booking a desk in The Study.
