Nepal, Himalayan kingdom, is the home of the Gurkha, that most loyal and brave of soldiers. Our chef, who previously worked in the 4 star Himalaya Hotel in Kathmandu creates authentic Nepalese dishes featuring herbs and spices found in the mountains of Nepal.
