Our restaurant is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Ken has been a chef for 30 years working locally for most of his career, with spells at the Dorchester, Mayfair, London where he ran the banquetting kitchens, working with both Gordon Ramsey and Charlie Trotter, Hilton and four star rosette hotels as head chef, before returning to Falmouth to start Oliver’s Catering. Wendy has been manager of one of Falmouth’s most prominent hotels for over 23 years and is the face of Oliver’s The Eatery with a passion for food and service which is unrivalled.
The food on offer at Oliver’s is anything but ordinary. A labour of love for Kenny and his team, the menu is constantly evolving with the seasons and the weather. Flavours are bold, exciting, contemporary and inventive. There is no such thing as an ordinary dish at Oliver’s. Ken works closely with Cornwall’s top producers to mould his craft in harmony with the changing seasons. From local meats and fresh vegetables to fabulous fish and shellfish, Oliver’s sources quality local produce from the best in the business. Ken has also teamed up with three foragers – covering the sea & seashore, fields & forests and funghi – who are all specialists in their field.
