Bradley, founder of Wilder Falmouth, has always had an intrinsic connection with sustainability & using food to bring people together.
After a once in a life time trip to the Southern regions of India, Bradley now knew how to channel his energy and created his first street food business serving Thali’s on his return, named ATTA, founded January 2018.
Two years later he was presented with a great opportunity to open a cafe restaurant at Mount pleasant eco park, named Wilder Allotment Kitchen. This was a whirlwind, but one that brought with it some fantastic relationships, massive demand, lots of smiles and lots of new introductions to plant based food. This ran for 2 years.
Bradley has now returned to doing what he enjoys the most – Indian street food. Renamed as Wilder, Bradley is bringing his food and flavours across the South West. His offering includes private Indian cookery classes, wedding catering, markets & festivals.
