CORNISH CONNECTIONS
Bex Hawes makes cushions, bunting, table runners and napkin sets, draft excluders, door stops and bags from her studio in Coverack.
Delicious Cornish produce including jams, pickles, and chutneys, home produced cordial, locally produced eggs, Cornish cheeses, bread, cakes, fruit and veg and local meats.
We are a small, family-run garden centre established in 1986. We focus on staff knowledge, plant variety and quality, and excellent service. We source our stock as locally as possible and most of our plants are grown in Cornwall and the South West. Our composts are completely peat-free and sustainable.
Selling a wide variety of beautiful plants, all grown on their site in Hayle Cornwall, including succulents, tree ferns, agaves, shrubs, climbers, and perennials.
KINDERGARDENS
A variety of homegrown plants to adorn your home and garden.
Mabe Garden Club meets at Mabe Community Hub (TR10 9HB) on the second Wednesday of each month at 7.00pm. We have speakers and/or demonstrations each month in the hall with garden visits/coach trips throughout the year. All welcome, plenty of parking, wheelchair access.
The National Garden Scheme gives visitors access to over 3,500 unique private gardens in England, Wales, Northern Island and the Channel Islands during Open Days, which raises money for nursing and health charities in the UK.
ORCHD SOCIETY
The Orchid Society seeks to encourage people to collect and learn more about orchids.
