You don’t have to be sporty to take part. You don’t need to train or compete against anyone else. All you need to do is sign up below and then have fun raising money in whatever way you like.

Falmouth Race for Life 5k

The 5k is an achievable distance and a good first challenge for most people. At just over 3 miles it can take about an hour to walk on average, but there’s no pressure to finish in a certain time. Go at your own pace to help fund life-saving cancer research.

The course is on tarmac roads throughout Falmouth town centre, heading up Cliff Road, looping around the Caslte and back down Cliff Road. Over 50% of the route is on an incline which is rewarded with wonderful views.

Falmouth Race for Life 10k

Looking for more of a challenge without any pressure? Race for Life 10k is for you! Our 10k events are now chip-timed, so you can find out if you’ve beaten your personal best – while you’re raising funds to help beat cancer. 10k is just over 6 miles. Take it at your own pace or push yourself a little more. Have fun with it and enjoy the atmosphere.

The 10k course is a double lap of the 5k course.
