We provide advice and support, campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote better understanding of mental health, help people improve life skills, encourage independence and help people socialise, provide a space to share ideas and concerns, actively encourage involvement in the local community and provide volunteering opportunities.
Social Support Group in Falmouth every Thursday between 10.30am – 12.30pm
Social Support Group in Truro every Tuesday between 10.00am – 12.00pm
Young person’s group every Wednesday between 10.00am – 12.00pm
Allotment Project group every Tuesday between 10.00am – 1.00pm
One to One befriending – Our trained volunteers meet with clients on a one to one basis to help provide social support, access community activities and help to develop a specific skill or gain confidence in a certain area.
We offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities from working with clients, fundraising, administration, promotion and serving as a Trustee. All our volunteers have training and supervision support.
