Hidden away in the Old Brewery yard is restaurant Mine, a cosy neighbourhood bistro that feels like being at a dinner party, tables chatting to one another, piled in, everyone welcome.
About
On the ever-rotating menu you’ll find familiar British classics with just a little bit of decadence. Simple food made with the best Cornish ingredients, retired Dairy beef reared in a neighbouring village, December lemons grown in Falmouth & bi-catch of blue fin tuna, all from the magic Cornish pantry.
The kitchen is run by Angus Bell who began his career at The Star Inn at Harome, a Michelin starred pub in North Yorkshire, trained under Michel Roux Jr at Le Gavroche & was a founding partner at Le Bab in London. Angus always dreamed of one day opening his own neighbourhood local, cooking thoughtful food in a laidback environment.
