Devoted to the mighty mollusc, Falmouth Oyster Festival is one of Cornwall’s biggest and most-loved specialist food events. Join us and celebrate the native Fal Oyster and diversity of Cornish seafood with four days of feasting and festivities.

Falmouth Oyster Festival promises the return of a packed programme full of flavoursome fun. If you enjoy fresh Cornish seafood and an eclectic mix of music and first-class entertainment, then it’s not one to miss! Join us for live cookery demonstrations from Cornwall’s top chefs and food experts, indulge in the tastes of native oysters and local produce and treat yourself to unique goods from our arts and craft market.

Visitors can expect a full programme of returning favourites, such as the Oyster Race, chef demonstrations and the hotly contested shucking competition alongside food and drink masterclasses, feasts, live music and family-friendly activities.

The event will take place this year on Events Square, Discovery Quay with some events also held at the Princess Pavilion.
