Located in a beautiful coastal setting we are perfectly situated for any visitor looking to be in the heart of historic Falmouth. Just a short stroll from both Gyllngvase and Swanpool beaches and only 10 minutes walk to the main harbour, town center and train station. Falmouth has a wonderful array of vibrant restaurants and cafes along with museums, galleries and shops with easy access and links by road, ferry or public transport to all the iconic destination places in Cornwall.

Each of our seven bedrooms are thoughtfully and individually designed embracing elements of Danish style whilst preserving features attributed to an elegant Edwardian townhouse. Impeccably presented, many of our rooms enjoy beautiful views over Falmouth bay and towards Pendennis castle. All rooms have a King or Super king bed with cashmere Hypnos mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen. Freshly baked homemade treats are delivered each day to your room.

All rooms are en suite with calm clean lines, rainfall showers, fluffy white towels, robes and luxury toiletries. Two of our rooms have freestanding baths with views over Falmouth Bay.

Our breakfast room on the ground floor is flooded with natural light, the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely beginning to your day. We have a great passion for fresh organic produce in our delicious breakfasts and are firm supporters of buying locally sourced food. Spread your freshly baked bread, from ‘The Bakery on the Beach’ with our homemade preserves or own brand honey harvested by a local beekeeper just outside Falmouth.

The Drawing room adjacent to the Breakfast room is the ideal place to unwind after a busy day. It provides the perfect spot to sit back with a book or play a game and is a welcome hideout should the weather not be at its finest.
