We pride ourselves on sourcing locally, stocking our kitchen from the great Cornish larder. We work with producers, fishermen and butchers so the ingredients we start with are of the highest quality and support our local economy. Wherever possible we buy from those closest to us, minimising food miles and maximising taste. Our restaurant welcomes residents and non-residents to enjoy a taste of Cornwall by the sea.
