We have undertaken over 200 refit projects and 30 custom new build yachts. Building on hundreds of years of local maritime history, Pendennis has become one of Cornwall’s most important employers – with over 320 highly skilled trades people based at the 6.5 acre prime water front location in Falmouth, UK. Work has recently started on further expanding the facility.

The yard’s development plans will see the available undercover space increased to provide three water-facing main sheds alongside improvements to the dry dock dimensions. Both bring additional flexible undercover space for Pendennis to increase capacity for both new build and refit contracts for 30-100m superyachts.

The company’s recent expansions have also seen a Pendennis Palma refit facility open in 2011, and the Pendennis Plus (ex. Devonport) division adding expertise in the 60m+ arena.
